In-house 3D design
Thanks to its in-house 3D CAD design team, BCF is able to develop custom solutions: it can develop production drawings according to the client’s specifications or carry out dimensional surveys on supplied samples in order to offer the most functional, cost-effective and efficient technical solution.
Three-dimensional and
profile surveys
BCF ensures compliance with project specifications by checking, on request, the geometries of bent pipes using technologically advanced tools such as a 3D probe and the dimensions of deformed ends using a profile projector.
Functional testing
On request, BCF can also carry out burst tests and specific flow or leak tests on helium systems in a vacuum chamber, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
Monitoring and traceability
The digital management of the entire process, from order to delivery, ensures fast turnaround times and immediate traceability of the order, the materials used, and their associated specifications.
